Hair salon, nail, and spa services in Marysville, WA

Booking: A credit card is required to secure an appointment. Your credit card WILL NOT BE CHARGED to schedule appointments. Credit Cards will only be charged for violations of our Cancellation and No Show policies. 

Deposits: A $50 deposit is required for all services over 3 hours. 

 Cancellations: We understand that life happens, and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. All service appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the service amount.  

Late Arrivals: If you believe you will be arriving late to your reservation, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate your arrival. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be accommodated in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.  

 No Show: If you do not show to your appointment, or are 15 or more minutes late into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show”, and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled for hair service appointments, and 100% of the service scheduled for spa service appointments. 

 Product Satisfaction: We will gladly exchange retail items within 60 days of purchase.
